You have given me the energy I needed
to get started and you made this way of eating so much more accessible than if books had been my only guides. It’s been a few days only that I have been eating raw, and I feel so good: light, no bloating, no hunger, relaxed, no extraordinary energy yet but I woke up this morning more easily than usual… despite a very late night out this week-end…. so I am really excited!! This day will remain special among my life’s special events. Be blessed in this new professional undertaking. It is more than needed and it will fulfill many needs here in Switzerland. I feel honored to have met you.

I’m feeling very well since I’ve come back home, replete but also so much lighter! I’m looking forward to applying everything I learned today, but not tonight!… I wasn’t hungry for a single second, which is rare! In general, I’m hungry every 3 or 4 hours, even when I’ve eaten a lot beforehand!

that you passionately shared with us. On a personal level, I have been a health food enthusiast for years, but your classes enhanced my motivation, creativity and enthusiasm. On a professional level, as a therapist and living foods events organizer, I am even more motivated to convey these wonderful health tools for health and vitality through organic agriculture and raw foods to my clients. My deepest wish is that human beings would finally understand that the keys to physical and psychological health are easy to reach and strongly linked to a healthy diet. All it takes is giving it a good try and following through in the long term to be truly convinced.

which are very complementary. Indeed, during these days it was easy to understand the importance of living, raw foods while at the same time experiencing how delicious it is! It is very stimulating to be in her kitchen, surrounded by raw food books. Learning to eat raw is crucial for my health (cancer).

I am very enthusiastic! Of course I installed my juice extractor right away, I gave it a nice spot in the kitchen. I make myself a juice every day for lunch and use the pulp in my salads. I already made hemp milk, it’s really delicious! I think you are a marvelous woman, a very beautiful person.

Of course the magic partly comes from raw food, which operates in all of our cells, but the way that Amy shares her enthusiasm plays an important role, too. The physical and emotional transformations are fast and numerous with this new way of eating. Eating raw is not a diet, we do not deprive ourselves from anything, instead we add colors and life force energy to our plates. For the first time in my life, I love to eat and I love to prepare meals. No more fatigue after dinner, but rather a surprising burst of energy, no more pain in my joints, and thousands of other little changes… Thanks to Amy for happily communicating this world of flavors and well-being!
